A: This is the default Project site. But, this is the Project Plan 1 portion of your Program iii license. POE users can but read. Simply users with Plan 1 can interact. Plan one is only offered to those with Project Plan iii & v licenses, unfortunately.

Request a Sharepoint Project Site

Projection Professional users must request a Sharepoint Projection site in order to create and share projects. You can request a Sharepoint Project site past emailing office365@austin.utexas.edu with the desired name for your Project site and a list of owner email addresses.

Create a Projection in the Desktop Application
Projection Premium users must request a Sharepoint Project site in order to create and share projects. You can request a Sharepoint Project site by emailing office365@austin.utexas.edu with the desired name for your Project site and a list of owner email addresses.

1. Open Project Click File> New
2. Select one of the many project templates to help you get started
3. Click create

1. Select View > Task Views > Gantt Chart
2. Type a task name in the start empty Task Proper name field

4. Repeat steps 2 and three to enter the tasks y'all want
